Mudjacking is a serious concrete repair option you should consider using. It works and is much less costly than ripping out and replacing concrete.

This slab will need to be replaced. When evaluating your own driveway or garage floor keep in mind. Slabs that are full of cracks or are crumbling are often not repairable.
